Today: The Ftse futures followed the same path this morning as the
Dax, where they opened, then proceeded to trade higher, but after putting
in now what the session high is of 5081.5, they have then fallen off a bit
through their open and have put in a low of this session today at 50.15.
The low Friday was 4975.0, and was not as dramatic of a drop in the
index as it was for the U.S. side. The level to watch down here is 5025.0,
that is the rotational level, or directional pivot for this morning’s action.
There is a good chance I believe that this index wants to resurface the
5037.0 level this morning, but the high of 5081.5 will be good resistance
now.
